Thando Gobe
EXECUTIVE CHAIR
Thando has a BCom in Business Science (Accounting and Finance) specialising in Financial Analysis and Portfolio Management from UCT.
In 2004 he joined Personal Trust, an independent trust and investment management company specialising in the management of retirement capital. Thando is chairman of UBUMBO Western Cape and serves on various boards, including ASSET.

Luvuyo Madasa
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Luvuyo majored in Philosophy at Hamilton College in Clinton, New York, United States. His career foundation lies in the transformation and verification environment, shifting focus from conventional ways of doing business - to partnering with the corporate sector in aid of unlocking the untapped potential of South Africa's communities and youth.

Mathulwani (Thuli) Mpshe
NON - EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Thuli is a Professional Consciousness Coach with extensive experience in leading and transforming human capital in global organisations including banking, retail and airline. She served as a council member of the University of Zululand for 7 years and was a member of the SA delegation on the Trust Reflect and Tell (TRT) experience in Hamburg and remained a member and president elect before TRT’s dissolution.

Lereko Ntshona
NON - EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Lereko holds an Advanced Diploma in Contemporary Music & Jazz Studies and a Bachelor of Commerce specialising in Marketing. He served at Procter & Gamble, Bonngoe Holdings as well as media properties. Lereko has lectured at, among others, the National School of the Arts. His tenure at Bonngoe Holdings saw the birth of The SA Jazz Standards Preservation Project, Blaque Magazine and Africa Empowered. Lereko is also co-founder of Ancestral Collective (NPC).

Dr Mamphela Ramphele
CO-FOUNDER
Dr Ramphele has had a celebrated career as an activist, medical doctor, academic, businesswoman and political thinker. In 2000, she became one of the four Managing Directors of the World Bank, the first South African to hold this position. She has authored and edited several books and received numerous local and global awards acknowledging her scholarship and leading role in spearheading projects for marginalised people in South Africa and elsewhere

Dr George Lindeque
CO-FOUNDER
After a career in the diplomatic service, Dr George Lindeque held various positions in the corporate sector. He was an executive member of Eskom in charge of human resources and later played a key role in developing the company’s strategic positioning.
He later became a member of the Trust Reflect Tell (TRT) group of international observers led by Professor Dan Bar-On of Ben-Gurion University in Israel.

Zolisa Madasa
COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENTS

Zolisa has 12 years end-to-end work-experience in Project Management including project design, planning, social/community facilitation implementation and hand-over. He has spear-headed several medium to high budget government programmes focused on poverty alleviation, economic and social development in the rural or previously disadvantaged communities. He is currently developing his Social Facilitation Skills set as an associate of Reimagine SA doing Stakeholder Engagements and Community Facilitation for the Marikana Renewal Programme using the Letsema Process.

Rienzo Colpo
PEOPLE AND TEAM DYNAMICS
Rienzo is a Performance Accelerator who has coached leaders and athletes across the globe since 2006. His purpose is to support them to see their innate and latent potential; understand people dynamics; think, plan and behave Consciously and Strategically. He studied for 10 years in the Consciousness Coaching Academy as a coach and facilitator, becoming one of their most senior facilitators, responsible for Consciousness training and ICF - accredited coach training.

Keabetswe
Kganticoe
PUBLIC POLICY ANALYST
Keabetswe is a three-time graduate of the North West University (Potchefstroom) and the University of Pretoria. She holds a Master's Degree in Security Studies, a BA Honours Degree in International Relations, and a BA Degree in Development & Management where she majored in Public Governance, Politics with Law Subjects.
At ReimagineSA, she is responsible for providing public policy analysis; conducting research; monitoring and reporting on Political, Economic, and Legislative developments.

Juanique Randall
COMMUNICATIONS
Juanique is passionate about how the world uses storytelling. She learned that society shapes itself based on the stories we tell ourselves - and others. Her purpose is to inspire a path where we write our own stories, instead of letting others write them for us. Juanique is a keen strategist. She uses this skill to craft messages that encourage whole systems change. She has worked with many local and international clients in the development sector. Her academic background is in Journalism. She also studied the Theory for Organisational and Social Complex Systems Change with the USB Institute of Futures Research.

Lorna Snyman
ADMIN SUPPPORT

Lorna is a Tshwane University of Technology graduate in Office management and Technology majored in Human resources, Business Administration and Information Administration.
Lorna has experience in Financial Transformation at Diversity Empowerment, guiding employee decision-making in relation to retirement investment portfolios and relevant legislative implications. She supports associates in coordinating administrative logistics.

Wandile Tshabe
ACCOUNTS

Wandile has over 5 years’ experience in different roles which include Project Coordination and Assistance in the financial field, Tutoring and Volunteer work for advocacy and social change NGOs. He is passionate about sports and the development of talents from previously disadvantaged societies.

Thulani Mbambisa
MULTI-MEDIA AND
IT SUPPORT

Trained as a sound engineer, Thulani’s international media training and corporate experience includes work with Redbull Media House [HQ] on tour with Globalize Yourself Stereo in Vienna. He also co-runs Soul Life Audio Boutique music company offering support to creators in townships, broadcasting them on the platform. In addition to media creation at the Cape Town International Jazz Festival interviewing top artists and covering events, Thulani was has been invited to speak at TEDx Port Elizabeth on the topic of “Pocket Power."
